As a former women's ministry director in the Houston, TX area I understand first-hand the demands, obligations, and responsibilities involved in ministry. As a result, RLM is designed to encourage, inspire, and aid ministry teams through written materials such as Bible studies and Christian books, speaking engagements, women's retreats and conferences, original film productions, marriage seminars, and more. Enjoy browsing through the website.
The FIRST LOVE Marriage Conference is based on the fact that a nurtured spark produces a kindled flame, which ignites a fully engaged fire. Our marriages are like a carefully lit fire that must be maintained and fueled by prayer, love, and self-sacrifice. The movie First Love is shown on Friday evening to kick-start the event. First Love’s powerful biblical message is used throughout the three sessions on Saturday.
Just wanted to send a note and say again what a pleasure it was to meet you yesterday at Windwood. I will say it again…passion is infectious and you have a passion and a love for the Lord that is obvious, delightful and refreshing. Thank you for being real.

God put it on my heart this morning to let you know that your energy and excitement about the Bible study and Jesus are contagious. I was doing everything I could to simply sit and observe. Please know that you had a sister in Christ in the audience wanting to jump around and cheer with you, but I was trying my hardest to stay contained. Thank you for laying it all out there for Jesus. You are reaching people - and He is doing the shining.

I was blessed to hear you teach last night! When my husband asked how my night went, I said it was amazing. I described you as a "little ball of fire." I was driving to work this morning, I realized that not only are you a little ball of fire, but you are on fire for the Lord! I've heard that expression many times, but last night I was able to experience it first hand. Thank you for you enthusiasm for God. Also, thank you for being open and honest
"Thank you for blessing us this weekend with your words and your sweet spirit. Thank you for ministering and leading at a time when hearts were hurting, and for following the Spirit's lead and allowing some precious moments.” - Aimee French, Rexford, NY
